The system

Three frameworks, one approach to the agentic shift.

Adopting agentic AI is not one problem but three, nested: change the organisation, run the change, and prepare people for the work that remains. Nascith is the third.

The house trio

Each name marks a layer. Together they take an organisation from intent, through the act of changing, to the people who must thrive on the other side.

Orgiththe organisation

The house. The organisational frame for becoming an agentic-era organisation — structure, governance, and the conditions that let change happen at all.

Cresciththe change

The operating method for adopting agentic AI: surfacing work, piloting, evaluating trust, redistributing tasks between people and agents, and diffusing what works.

Nasciththe becoming

Profiles, curricula & agentic transition. The platform that builds organisation context, assesses roles, redesigns curricula, and deploys agentic teams — with the human as decision-maker at every step.

Where Nascith fits

Nascith answers the “what should people become?” question the other two raise.

Crescith redistributes work between humans and agents; that immediately changes what a role is. Nascith takes that signal and turns it into a concrete profile and curriculum — for a university track, and by the same logic for a professional role inside an organisation.

The recursion is deliberate: the redesigned profiles describe people who orchestrate and supervise agents — and the Nascith tool is itself an agent that orchestrates and is supervised. It models the very philosophy it teaches.

The guiding principle

Augmentation over replacement. The toolset elevates human judgement rather than bypassing it — and is never an autonomous decision-maker on educational content.

The harder half

Nascith produces the what: a new profile and curriculum. Moving the teachers who run the old programme into confidently delivering the new one is the harder half — and it is treated as a first-class workstream, run with the Crescith method adapted to teaching.

The core insight: teachers must make the transition they will teach. A teacher can't credibly teach “executor → orchestrator” without having made the same shift. So the teacher transition isn't a precondition to the rollout — it is the rollout.

Shared spine
  • Honest mandate — name plainly what the shift means for roles
  • Sanctioned access — capable, approved AI tools, with guardrails
  • Tiered governance — keep human judgement where it must stay (grading, exams)
  • Small cells, fast cadence — short loops replace the slow committee cycle
  • No refreeze — the curriculum keeps moving as the profession does

Start with the becoming.

Nascith is the most concrete entry point into the trio — a single track redesign shows the whole approach in miniature.
